Roughly 80 teams field 2,000 players who compete across 10 divisions every summer, for the love of the game.

In the 2010s, the MRSL was managed using spreadsheets and payments were collected via checks in the mail. The website and dashboard built for the MRSL, totaling nearly 300,000 lines of code, transitioned and auatomated operations spanning registration, payments, standings, divisions, facilities, games, misconduct, and more to a web application used by league administrators, managers, and players.
